JOB DESCRIPTION

► Posting recruitment information, seeking candidates

► Carrying out procedures for receiving new staffs: Labor contracts, making cards, providing costumes, updating human resources information into the software, managing Staff documents storage.

► Bounding the documents, printing the tickets, making the car cards, shopping and providing stationeries, tools and devices… for the targets.

Managing military equipments, stationeries, supportive tools and office devices.

► Checking the shifts, timekeeping, calculating salaries for staffs.

► Working in Binh Thanh district, Ho Chi Minh City.

► Detailed tasks will be discussed further in the interview.

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

► Graduating from human resources, business administration, administration major.

► Using computers: Word, Excel, Power Point... 

► Age 22 -38, having proper qualification for Human Resources job.

► Having 1 year or more experience in the same position.

► Careful, meticulous, have responsibility.

► Flexible personality, agility, soft communication and active in work.

► Actively learning and applying technology to support work.
